Ball Construction Services was established in 2001 to assist local organizations with the review, evaluation, and implementation of their construction needs. We focus on team results by understanding that everyone involved in a project has individual priorities for return and achievement. As a successful contracting firm, we balance these interests to ensure success for all, especially our clients.

Utilizing our industry background of over forty years, Ball Construction Services has a quality staff with comprehensive construction management experiences and extensive medical, healthcare, senior living, industrial and commercial office experience. Our staff has an established record for development and implementation of specific master planning. Our in-house services include financial analysis, architectural review, construction budgeting, scheduling, and site management and implementation.

In addition to our internal services, some projects will require the addition of other disciplines. We have effectively helped our clients evaluate the needs of their projects and select the most appropriate team members. Our approach will allow the team to control fees and eliminate duplication of services. The integration of the team will allow owners to maximize their results based upon a specific timeline and measurable goals.

We currently operate in two locations, Des Moines and Kansas City. These two offices will put in place approximately $80,000,000 of construction this year.  Ball Construction Services is based in Des Moines, Iowa and works as the owner’s representative to a full design build contractor.  Taylor Kelly is located in Kansas City, Missouri and has many years of construction experience in the Midwest. They are consistently listed in the top 10 of Kansas City's commercial general contractors list.
