Scott Kelly is president of Taylor Kelly and brings over 20 years of construction knowledge to the company. His background includes a diversity of experience in different regions which enables him to be a tremendous team resource to Taylor Kelly. Mr. Kelly has a strong background of complex project experience, especially in projects that involve multiple phases of remodeling and/or working inside continuing operational areas. His communication skills, sensitivity, proactive thinking and innovative management techniques are unmatched.

His educational background includes a B.S. Business Administration from St. John’s University and a B.S. Construction Engineering from Iowa State University.
