Cost Budgets: The Ball Construction team will provide continuous value management of the design and complete a report of each stage that compares the budget to the baseline estimate.

Contract Administration:  We will conduct and lead all construction progress meetings with weekly minutes distributed to the team.  Our team will execute all approved change orders, review the project schedule, monitor for independent testing required by quality control assurance and oversee contractor punch lists on an ongoing basis.

On-Site Construction Management:  Our seasoned staff work to maintain the budget, schedule, quality and safety while the project is under construction.  Our proven track record results in quality structures delivered on time and on budget. 

Project Close-Out:  We will prepare a close-out plan including a schedule to follow.  Our staff will work with the design and construction team to prepare the final punch list, schedule, and coordinate the start-up of all building systems.  The process will be videotaped to allow easy reference for maintenance staff.  Ball Construction Services will follow up to assure that all warranty items are completed in a timely manner.  This will conclude with a walk through in the eleventh month after completion and acceptance of the project.

Cost Control:  Our team will set up the cost control format for the construction project to meet the need for breakdowns of cost.  We will review and approve request for payment and obtain all necessary lien waivers.  Ball Construction will review and recommend final payment, once all final close-out requirements have been met.
