 Project Management
Our construction project management service offers more efficient project completion times and better cost controls. We provide experienced staff and management overview of the construction project, allowing the project owner to focus on their business.
We use the following types of systems to manage our projects:
Weekly Project Meetings: The weekly project meetings begin at the start of preconstruction and continue through to completion. The minutes are entered within 24 hours and provide action and agenda items.
Monthly Reports: We prepare a monthly report that provides a written progress report, photos, 30 days projected progress, action items, updated schedule, records, instructions, budget status report and current billing status.
The baseline estimate and schedule that is established during preconstruction is used to maintain the progress. We utilize the Timberline Estimating System and the Primavera System for scheduling. Our cost reporting is also Timberline based to keep the accounting process from field to office seamless.
